and its real damm amazing becoz i didnt jog for like 2 years already.
and yesterday we set our checkpoint @ amk !
omg right ?! LOLOL.

just finish 45mins of jogging .
yup, covering the whole area of 5km.
being fit ? yes, you bet. :D
